We will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after you receive the order confirmation email. Currently within Australia, it takes up to 5-8 business days for metro areas and 12 business days for remote areas to arrive. 

For international delivery, it depends on the destination country. Normally it may take up to 8-13 business days to NewZealand, 10-15 tp USA and Canada, and 10-20 days to Europe. 

Returns

You can easily exchange or return your products within a 14-day period either because you changed your mind or purchased the incorrect size or colour. Please retain your online order confirmation email as proof of purchase and return the product in its original condition.

If you find a product is in a faulty condition, you may request a refund or an exchange. But we reserve the right to inspect the product before the issue is resolved. We may not accept the following situations as a faulty condition:

• Wear and tear from the use of the product.

• Damage resulted from not conforming to the care instruction, such as knife-cut or other man-made damages.
